Increasing breast milk supply

For those of you who might be "struggling" to produce enough breast milk for your growing infant, sometimes just following a few simple steps can get your breast milk flowing again.

Breastfeeding pillow

If you are suffering from neck and back soreness caused by breastfeeding, you are certainly not alone. One way to ease the strain and make breastfeeding more comfortable and enjoyable for you and your infant is to use a breastfeeding pillow.

Positioning Baby

You will probably breastfeed for months, maybe even years, so finding positions that work for you and your baby is an important task. The right position will not only make breastfeeding easier, it will help to avoid sore nipples. There are four basic positions. Some women find one that works and stick with it, while others prefer variety. You may find that one position works well for awhile, but that you need something different as your baby gets bigger.
